Angel is currently the EMEA Director for Consumer Data Strategy at Nike where he leverages his passion and knowledge of data and AI to have an impact in the world of sports. Previously, Angel worked at Gartner Consulting where he led AI Services practice shaping the global consulting AI offerings and leading tier one clients to Data & AI Ethics vision and strategy, Responsible AI and AI Governance frameworks, Explainable AI, MLOps, and AI strategy and execution.

Ann-Elise is currently leading the IBM Data Science and AI elite team in EMEA. She is focused on Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for IBM in EMEA enabling clients to successfully apply Data Science and deploy trustworthy, scalable and resilient AI into business processes. Ann-Elise has wide industry experience, in sectors ranging from Telco to Finance. Ann-Elise holds a Master in Business Engineering and an advanced Master in Financial Economics (MS) from  KU Leuven, Belgium, where she delivered a final dissertation on machine learning in the space of Fraud Detection.


Juha Latvala


Juha Latvala is an experienced software and technology leader and works currently as the Chief Digital Officer at Insta. He works with senior industry leaders in accelerating the adoption of AI and data platforms and the transformation of MES and ERP systems. Juha is a key note speaker and known for charismatic presentations in topics involving leadership, technology, and modern organizations. Juha holds a Master of Science degree in software and technology, a Master of Business Administration in Management and Finance as well as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
